it's getting late..
i'm here to post sthg that doesn't really apply or have anything to do with me..
well, sometimes, we change for the better and no one else notices right?
gotta go back and think why we changed..
was it to our benefit?
was it just to prove to others that we can change?
was is perhaps because of someone else (who at the end of the day may not be worth what yo're doing for him/her)?
sometimes, nobody realises that we have changed for the better.
will this do them good?
they think that you are still "that jerk" or "that extra one". they are the ones who feel the hatred.. or anger..they are the ones who get irritated by keeping that image of the old you in their minds and refusing to see that you have changed. they are the ones at the disadvantage.
some of them do not refuse to see.. they are just too caught up in their own lives to notice things that have been constant to them for so long.
you are not at a disadvantage - your attitude has become +ve.
don't feel bad for not receiving credit after having put in so much effort to be a better person.
you know that the change in you is good enough and be glad that you have bocome better.
the difference between a positive person and a pesimistic person is that when they both are caught in a similar problem, the positive one will make the best out of it while the negative thinking person will just sit down and feel sorry of him/herself. which of the two benefit?
with our lips we praise the lord and glorify his name and tell of his wondrous works
with the same lips we complain and put down his creation - the people around us
do we still know what we're doing?
