summary question - this whole week
it's been a week with hmmm some frustrations which finally decided to leave me by mid week..
think i didn't post about my home ec class..
boo man..
someone's rushing me to finish this post so he can read it
think i've filled you in on almost everything except for...
hmm...
oh yeah
home ec.
but on the other hand.. i think i've mentioned that already..
well.. either way, i'll say it again..
i was returning to class after having kapoking a plastic spoon to eat the salad with from the chicken rice stall..
when rong xuan saw me..
then he took my apron and towels as usual..
boo him and chixaio la..
always nv bring one
so anway, i returned to class, shared my salad with the dustbin..
then i washed the container i had borrowed from mrs chan to have it returned..
so just before recess ended, i went all the way to the home ec room to return the container..
mrs chan told me to wash it up with detergent..
some of the 2F people were already there waiting for class to start..
then as i was washing, yvette entered and gestured with her hand asking me where her teatowel was..
mrs chan saw..(unfortunately)
"Elisa.. wat is happening huh? helping yvette ah..etc etc" she said sharply..
"no!"
"yvette borrowing things from you huh?"
"no.."
yvette buts in"no i was just asking her for my tea towel"
"huh!"mrs chan says in surprise..
then she smacks my butt (2nd or third time that day) and goes on and on about how i am not supposed to help them cover up.."i know the 2f boys borrow stuff from 2c.."
haha.. bet you she was referring to RX and Chixiao..
hahahah.. boo them..
i continued washing..
then i heard a "s" sound.. looked up and saw yvette mouthing "sorry!" to me..
haha..
yeah.. i agree that was a smart move by her la..
to tell mrs chan that she was asking for the tea towel..
[haha]
when i was trying so hard to cover up..
hahahaha...
anyway, it was really funny la..
today, went to school for optional cca.. watched some movie which ethan hawk acted in in 1997..when i was 6yrs old..was a really good show..
then i went to do the display board with the rest of part of 2c..
apparently, min2 and si han had lost my design..
and they drew up a different one..
our board looks rally incomplete now.. and..
well... i just hope we can make top 3 again..
cause neither of the welfare ICs were around today to start the baord off with the rest..
so by the time i went there. it was like..almost all drawn but not painted..
think aurial will have a fit when she sees it on monday..
as in like..
i ..
ok.. no comments..
think you guys can tell how i feel towards the board..
it's not anybody's fault really..
just that it's everybody's fault..
and i really wanna know who was the person who came up with such a RIDICULOUS theme for freindship week la!
it's stupid loh..even more so with the 5day week law..
they expect us to decorate our board when we can't even TOUCH our board on saturday..
today was plin tyconess that some chinses grp booked our classroom... but even so, the most we could do was to take measurements and paint OUTSIDE the class..
it's pretty stupid if you ask me..
what with that OM not allowing us to have our OWN classrooms on sats...
come on la..
not s though uncle hassan doesn't come back on saturday right?
not as though it takes forever to fit a key into a keyhole, turn the key and pull it out right?
if that's so difficult then why cant the form teachers be given a duplicate of the classroom key like they used to..
then THEY can decide on whether to open it up for us or not..
bleh..
someone suggested they open up the classrooms on sats for the display board deco beofre but it was happily dismissed with the reason "i'm sure you all can start doing up the oard during the week right?"
yeah and i sure that if they're gonna come up with LAME excuses to reject our suggestions then there is NO point in having a student suggestion scheme..
Dr boon has a major problem with low socks and un-tuked shirts even on dress down friday..
what if WE say that OUR class tee is MEANT to be TUCKED OUT? it's DESIGNED to be that way and the SMARTEST way to look when wearing out tee would be to leave it untucked.. how does that sound?
the schools' always telling us that by having socks that are visible, shirts that are tucked in... we look smart.. as in not clever.. but good.
but tell me.. would a girl look good if she tucked in a TANK top? and what would you think of a guy who wears his shirt in when it's supposed to be left out? it's once again.. irony and plain brainlessness on some head's part.
okok.. i know i'm complaining and all about attire..
but i'm speaking for a crowd not just me..
of course i agree that we should tuck in our blouse but shirts? esp class tees... no manx.. we should be given the freedom of choice.. will the way one wears his shirt affect the unity of his team or class? will it change impressions that are alrady there? who taught us not to judge a book by its cover? ahahaha...
sorry..
i'm crappping..
i think i'll end here..
if you want to , get nien or ylt to come up with LOCs for you for the next speakers corner..
Joshua's mobile will be on 24/7 during competition season and there's one coming up if i'm not wrong..
so there!
lol.. bye people! remember to tag on my board!
