okie.. it's me again
todays paper was ok.. it was home ec..
they asked a question on the process of comparing products before purchasing..
like i actually went to study that!
we don't even apply it to our lives- why are we learning such stuff???
it's ludicrous to study such stuff when it's not gonna be of any use in the future but then again.. it's even more ridiculous to let such a stupid subject as home econs to pull your average down..
yuck.



some times you just wonder why some people can be so perfect..
like..
they are smart..
they have good looks..
they are responsible..
they are good at relating with people..
they care for others..
they are good at sports..
they are good at music..
they're just one step away from being perfect..
it's just so stressful when you find out that there are actually so many more people who are smarter than you..
they will get the places in those top schools..
they will be the ones competing with you for a job next time..
they will get it cause they're more capable..
they are able to work hard..
they can persevere..
they are disciplined..
they are the ones who will go far in life..
they will be those that will get the good and high-paying jobs which they like..
while you..
who knows..

[argh! oh the stress!]

everyone's going to IP.. if not IB..
then you'd be left in your secondary school sitting for the o levels and struggling with the rest to get a place in a good jc..
and after that..
no one really knows what happens to you..

the end..

we get jobs..
continue to work hard..
trying to get ourselves promoted if we ever do,
we continue to work hard...
then if we have kids, we work hard for them
even harder in fact..
we struggle with the rest of the society and in the end, when we make lots of money,
our body fails us and we use our hard-earned money to help us continue to stay alive..
then where does this lead us to?



what's happened to my purpose driven life?
gotta get back on track...
life's more than that i know..
but as a student with so many other people competing with you for a good future, it seems like all that matters is just that..


it's time for us all to get back on track..
find our purpose on this earth again..
and work towards our prize..
they run for a gold medal that tarnishes and fades..
we're after one that is gold eternally.
